Spend your day in Menton, the most Italian looking town in France.

Famous for its lemon festival during carnival time, and many lemon trees, Menton has many different kinds of beauties to attract you.
Its particularly rich Belle Epoque Architecture will be discovered touring by bus on a panoramic drive of the sea front avenue.

Then, walk the old city to admire the St Michel basilica, the most beautiful baroque church of the French Riviera, the old palace of the Grimaldis and the monumental cemetery on top of the city with a magic view over the Bay of Garavan, overlooking towards the Italian border.

You can choose to visit a lemon orchard in the afternoon according to your schedule and group interest (entrance fee), or visit the botanical gardens of Val Rameh (entrance fee).Or totally different for you, a more cultural visit can be done on the theme of Jean Cocteau, a famous writer, painter and film maker who lived and played on the French Riviera.

Visit of the Wedding room in the town hall, decorated by Cocteau, the small fort, and the museum opened in 2011, with a beautiful and interesting collection to best enter the spirit of this major artist of the 20 th century.
